Refund Policy

If you were incorrectly sent an item or size you did not order , we will gladly resend you the correct item once we receive the other item back. Otherwise, no refunds will be given since all products are custom made for you. 

No refunds are allowed on any items unless you receive the incorrect item or size. Exchanges for different sizes or items is not allowed.  Once items leave our print facility we are no longer responsible for the item.

Everything in our store is owned by an  artist or organization. Once items are printed, the artist or organizations are paid.

For that reason we cannot give any refunds on merchandise.

I was shipped the wrong item or size. What should I do?

We apologize for the inconvenience. Please email [email protected] to connect with a member of our team. Be sure to include the order number, item and size received. We will make every effort to replace the item in a timely manner.

I received a damaged or defective item(s). What should I do?

We apologize for the inconvenience. Please email [email protected] to connect with a member of our team within two (2) business days of the date of delivery. Include the order number and the name of the item that was damaged or defective. We will make every effort to replace the item in a timely manner.

When I received my order, an item(s) was missing. What should I do?

We apologize for the inconvenience. Please email [email protected] to connect with a member of our team within 24 hours of the date/time of delivery. Include the order number and the name of the item that was missing from the package. We will make every effort to replace the item in a timely manner.
